| Melisa joined the lab in
the summer of 2004. She is involved in biological laboratory work in support
of the intracellular metabolite sensor project. Her work is directed toward obtaining experimental data
for the mathematical modeling of transcription factor and transcription
factor binding site behavior, with the goal of modeling the regulation of
bacterial gene expression. |
